History
Established in 1955, Tora Corporation is a family owned group of international Japanese restaurants. In 2002 Seigo Nakamura took over four generations of lineage when his father named him director of Tora Corporation. Under his direction, Tora has grown into and internationally renowned brand most notable for quality products and services, and has seen the rise of eight successful Japanese restaurants in Japan and Canada.
Tora’s corporate vision is to build a global brand name restaurant group that offers a superior dining experience for each and every guest regardless of which unique restaurant chosen to dine at. The customer’s dining experience relies on the flawless execution and training of the corporation’s three mainstays: people, product and corporate Vision.
